Pets 2 Places are a unique pet taxi service provider. Providing care and support not just for the pet but also for the owners.
We transport pets where ever it is they need to go, from vets, groomers, kennels and catteries to moving house, train stations and even on holiday!
No dog is too big and no pet too small. From Great Danes to mice. We take them all.
A professional and friendly service
In our fully adapted vehicle we can transport pets and their owners, or just the pets if owners are not able to join us, safely and securely. We use only crash tested equipment for the safety of both pets and owners on board.
Pets 2 Places has been established since 2014 starting in Milton Keynes the hometown of founder Claire Harris, who started the service after a chance conversation with a vet receptionist.
Pets 2 Places has gone from strength to strength after initially starting out just offering transport to vets, the services expanded to include groomers, kennels and anywhere else people needed to get their pets.
The franchise business model launched at the end of 2021 after an almost 2 year delay thanks to Covid.
That didn’t stop Pets 2 Places though, as an essential service provider not only did they keep going through the pandemic but actually grew with new customers increasing to a massive 70% in the first 3 months of the pandemic.
The need for the service is out there, with daily calls from outside of the established franchise areas. Pets 2 Places have been busy building a database of potential customers for future franchisees.
Who we're looking for
The right person for the role must be an animal lover, a driver and someone who genuinely wants to help people.
There’s no essential background to come from, but being a good honest kind person who wants to make a difference in their community is a must.
Its less about experience with Pets 2 Places and more about who you are as a person.
There’s the opportunity to own your own exclusive territory with the usual 5 year franchise term. All rights to the brand, training and equipment are provided, as is marketing material, a phone, social media channels and ongoing support tailored to suit the individual and their skill set. An initial 3 day residential training will be essential before starting your own area.
