The Passionate PA has been partnering with ambitious, entrepreneurial clients since 2007. Starting out as a virtual assistant service, the business now has a unique offering that is referred to as Freelance Business Support. Franchisees work directly with their clients to deliver the basic Admin and Organisation services, but the company also offers Concierge and Lifestyle Services, Event Management, Marketing, Business Development and more! The services offered by each franchisee very much depend on their personal skills and commercial experience.

Setting you up for success 

Your initial investment will secure your access to The Passionate PA’s online learning platform PLUS up to 10 days intensive business training with Kate Chastey – the franchisor and a seasoned freelancer in her own right. These ten days will include a Launch Business Retreat with professional photoshoot, and masterclasses galore! 
You will learn all there is to know about how to become a successful Passionate PA and how to build a client base that is both rewarding and profitable. Your training is accompanied by an extensive Operations Manual on the e-learning platform and follow-up tutorials delivered via video or webinar. 
As part of your launch, the franchise provides business stationery and a promotional starter kit, plus proven marketing campaigns to get your first clients secured as quickly as possible. 
 
You will also be guided through the first 12 weeks in business with a fully tested Business Development Training Programme that puts you in the driving seat of your business - this is delivered 121 by Kate too. As a Passionate PA, there’s no waiting for the perfect clients to just ‘turn up’… with this business model you are taught how to find them and win them from day one.
