Aspray was established in 2005 by founder and Managing Director, James Whittle, with one clear goal in mind - to provide a claims management service for policyholders who have suffered damage to their properties. 
 
Fast forward 17 years and Aspray are now an award-winning service provider helping thousands of customers at a time when they need it most. 
 
When their property is damaged, many policyholders find themselves thrust into an insurance claim they either don’t know how to, or don’t have the time to, manage. Coming up against technical jargon and building repairs whilst tying to create time to meet loss adjuster or contractors can be a daunting task. 
 
This is where Aspray comes in. 
 
Our franchisees manage the claim in its entirety on the policyholders behalf. This includes: 
• scoping the damage and compiling a schedule of works for submission to the insurer, 
• negotiating the insurance claim and agreeing a fair settlement for the customer, and 
• project managing the repair works using vetted contractors.

Supporting your Future 
 
An initial 10-day induction course provides everything you need to know to start your Aspray franchise, laying the foundations of claims management, scoping, finance, sales, and marketing. 
 
But the learning and support doesn’t stop there. 
 
In fact, it never stops. Constant contact with the head office team means you will always have the support you need when you need it. 
 
When it comes to managing claims, our expert claims team are on hand to help you navigate insurance policies, produce scopes, and deal with loss adjusters. Having undertaken numerous professional qualifications, their knowledge and experience is invaluable in helping you navigate the world of insurance claims. 
 
The finance team support you with managing your accounts, invoicing, and payments. You will have access to our bespoke CRM system which not only helps you manage claims but also incorporates an accounting package with which to run your business. 
 
Business generation is supported by the sales and marketing teams who help with gaining leads, building a network of introducers, and expanding brand awareness across tour territory. 
 
After 12-18 months of operating your franchise, you will also have the opportunity to gain a professional qualification from industry recognised body - British Damage Management Association (BDMA). 
 
Peer-to-peer support is encouraged across the network, as franchisees at all stages of their business share best practice and learn from others doing the same role.
